About me:
I grew up outside New Orleans, spending every vacation I could along Florida's Emerald Coast and quietly deciding that one day the beach wouldn't be somewhere I visited. In the summer of 2018, it stopped being a vacation and became home. I thank God for it more or less daily. I hold a degree in English and a minor in Theatre from LSU. My early years in the service industry taught me how to read a room, connect quickly, and stay calm when the pressure is on, which turns out to be far more useful in real estate than anyone tells you.
I spent more than a decade after that in corporate management, leading teams and delivering nationally recognized results. It was a good career. It just wasn't the one I wanted to keep. Today I'm proud to be part of The Abbott Martin Group at eXp Realty, a top 1% team nationwide and an INC. 5000 honoree. Last year was a record-breaking one for our team, and I personally crossed $12 million in sales in 2025. I work primarily with buyers and sellers of vacation homes, income-producing properties, and relocations across 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, Destin, Sandestin, and Fort Walton Beach, along with Navarre Beach, which draws a lot of my Louisiana families for the simple reason that it's the closest stretch of this coast to home.
My approach is consultative rather than transactional. I'd rather walk someone through the rental numbers, the HOA reserves, and the honest downside of a property than talk them into it. The people I work best with want to understand what they're buying, and they tend to come back.
When I'm not working, I'm on the water, paddleboarding, joining Gulf Therapy sessions, or just watching the shorebirds and letting the day slow down. At home in Churchill Oaks, my husband Scott and I keep a full house with our Golden Retriever Moses and three cats (Bowie, Buckley and Mr. Biggs) and I cook the Louisiana food I grew up on for anyone who'll come sit at the table. You'll also find me at Destin Methodist Church's beach service, often with Moses, and volunteering with Alaqua Animal Refuge in Freeport.
